Can I split my PCs video output to HDMI and my audio output to my speakers?
When running TotalMedia Theatre 5, the audio output on DVDs and Blu-rays is automatically shifted to the monitor, via HDMI cable and doesn’t recognize that I have speakers attached. I want to know hot to tell the program, or the PC, to split the video to the monitor and the audio to the speakers.
It would help to know what A/V outputs you have on your computer, and how your speakers connect to stuff. But I’m not aware of anything (at least that works) that goes before an HDMI that sends through just the video.
