My neighbors told me the property manager may bring a video camera to do my apartment inspection. Can I?

refuse the videotaping–saying I am entitled to my privacy or will I be evicted for doing so? They are certainly welcome to come in (even though inspections aren’t part of my lease). Also, am I allowed to videotape them doing my inspection, with my camera? Thank you.

What type of inspection?? What is the purpose of this inspection? At first I thought this was the usually walk through inspection for when the renter moves, and the landlord and tenant walk through and come to an agreement about the condition when the tenant moves out……but when you talked about “eviction”, I guess you are meaning something different.
